What personal data do we collect about you?

With whom do we share your personal data?

We may share your personal data with the parties set out below for the purposes explained above:

  • other companies in the Pest Partnership group;
  • service providers that provide us with hosting services, cloud computing services, analytics services, and other IT and administration services;
  • professional advisors such as lawyers, auditors, bankers and insurers who provide professional services to us or our group;
  • law enforcement and public authorities, regulators and other authorities (such as courts) who require reporting or disclosure of the personal data; and
  • third parties that we sell, transfer or merge parts of our business or our assets with (including where we acquire another business).

Transfers of your personal data outside of the UK or EEA

We may disclose your personal data outside the UK or European Economic Area (EEA) to the parties described in the With whom do we share your personal data? section above.
